Empire State Of Mind

Mandatory New York Visit? The Empire State Building of course! I was freezing but it was totally worth the cold, it is the view and the legend, I felt like I was in a movie the whole time, I am a big fan of Gossip Girl  (as you might have noticed) and I couldn't stop thinking of Chuck and Blair, I guess that's what I loved about New York so much, it is so modern and chic and hip but at the same time it is totally romantic, even if it is the coldest of winters!

Visita obligatoria de Nueva York? El Empire State Building por supuesto! Todo mi cuerpo estaba congelado pero definitivamente valio la pena, la vista y la leyenda, me senti como en una pelicula todo el tiempo, soy fan de Gossip Girl (como lo habran notado) y no podia dejar de pensar en Chuck y Blair, supongo que eso es lo que me gusto tanto de Nueva York, es tan moderna y chic y a la moda pero a la vez tan romantica, incluso en el mas frio de los inviernos!

New York Mist

Big post! This is from my second and third day in New York, it was super cloudy and it was pretty amazing to see the dissapearing skyline, on this two day we went to visit the must see museums: the met (gossip girl!), the guggenheim, amazing building, MOMA (my favorite when it comes to exhibition) and the natural history museum, I loved walking up and down fifth av (gossip girl again! I'm a huge fan) and being a huge architect junkie too, the lincoln center was such a treat, favorite project by far, and right next to the Empire Hotel (Chuck Bass!) I still one or two post to go before my quota of NY exciment ends. Enjoy! and thanks for coming by.

Gran post! estas son de mi segundo y tercer dia en Nueva York, estuvo muy nublado y fue increible ver a los edificios desaparecer en el cielo, en estos dos dias estuvimos visitantos los museums imperdibles: el met (gossip girl!), el Guggenheim, un edificio increible, MoMa (mi exposicion favorita), y el museo de Natural History. me encanto camina de arriba a abajo por la quinta avenida (Gossip girl de nuevo, soy tremenda fan) y ademas mi gusto arquitectonico se alegro mucho con el Lincoln Center, que proyecto tan increible!, definitivamente uno de mis favoritos, y ademas justo al lado del Empire Hotel (Chuck Bass!) Aun me quedan uno o dos posts antes de terminar con mi cuota de emocion Neoyorquina. Drisfruten y gracias por pasare por el blog.

20's Blues

Hola!! llevo tanto tiempo perdida y mi blog lo ha sufrido mucho, este semestre he estado ocupada hasta el tope, estoy viendo una materia para la que tengo que hacer una colección de 4 atuendos, y no puedo esperar a mostrarselas cuando este lista pero si que me tiene corriendo, aunque finalmente comprendo la emoción que se siente al hacer lo que uno ama y no podría estar mas feliz, por ahora les dejo estas fotos rápidas que me tome en mi cumpleaños (todavía no puedo creer que ya cumplí 20!!) ese día salí a almorzar y use mi nueva falda, la cual adoro, debo admitir que siempre me ha encantado el azul eléctrico, espero no perderme por mucho tiempo, se que pronto tendré muchas fotos para mostrarles!

Guys!! I've been MIA for so long, my blog has really suffered, this semester has been amazingly busy, I am working on a signature for which I am making a four piece collection I can't wait to show you when it's done, but It's been totally kicking my ass, but I finally understand the whole passion of doing what you love, and I couldn't be happier, for now I leave you this fast pictures I took on my 20th birthday (still can't believe I'm 20 already!!!) I went out for lunch and wore my new skirt wich I totally love, must confess I'm a sucker for electric blue, hope I won't be missing so long, I know I'll have great pictures to show you soon!

Just Dance

Estoy de vuelta, y prometo no ausentarme tanto de nuevo, de verdad este semestre estuvo imposible de tiempo, pero ya me estoy organizando para poder tomar fotos mas seguido :), las que les traigo hoy son muy especiales para mi porque se trata de un look diseñado y confeccionado completamente por mi, es mi primera creación y admito que me trae mucho orgullo, la hice para una clase de la universidad y se trataba de escoger un genero musical y convertirlo en un look de tres piezas. Escogí la música electrónica como mi musa y me inspire mas que todo en el show y la fiesta que vienen con su sonido, la verdad es que las prendas resultaron algo extravagantes pero quería me arriesgar y experimentar, saber que tanto podía lograr con la tela, así que como pueden ver no son necesariamente básicos de armario, aunque no puedo esperar a incorporar cada pieza a un look de la vida real. De verdad que no existe mejor sensación que la de poder usar algo hecho por ti mismo. 

I'm back!, and I promised I won't be gone so long again, you have no idea how time consuming this semester has been, but I'm organizing everything to have posts more often :) 

The pictures I have today are very special to me, this look was completely designed and maded by me, so as  my first creation,  I am very proud of it. This was made as an assigment for a design  class, the idea was to pick a music genre and transform it into a three piece outfit. I chose electronic dance music and took my inspiration from the show and party that comes with its sound. Truth be told I know that this outfit is a little out there but I wanted to experiment and take risks, see how far I could take it, and while it isn't your everyday clothes I can't way to use each separate piece in a normal outfit, most of them make quite the statement. Can't wait to hear your opinion.

Long Time No See

Hace tanto que no aparezco! lo siento :(, es que este semestre ha sido sin parar pero prometo no olvidar tanto el blog. Aquí les traigo un look bastante viejo que no había podido mostrarles, un look para pasar un domingo relajado paseando.
