It's All Good, 'Cause I'm Back

Hey guys I'm back from my trip :) I came home on wednesday, and I'll admit I've been a bit lazy with the blog, but I'm trying to enjoy what's left of my vacations, which is nothing because it's back-to-school for me as of TOMORROW, here is the first batch of pictures from my visit to Medellin, this is what I was wearing the first day, we took a really early flight so we made the most of the day, the look is very relaxed, for the flight and sightseeing, with my favorite buttomdown blue shirt and my loyal keds sneakers, which came in very handy with the tons of walking we did. 

Ya volvi de mi viaje :), llegue el miercoles, y admito que he sido un poco perezosa con el blog, pero es que estoy intentando disfrutar lo que me queda de vacaciones, lo cual es nada porque ya vuelvo a la universidad MANAÑA, aquí esta la primera tanda de las fotos de Medellin, esto fue lo que me puse el primer día, nos fuimos en un vuelo muy temprano así que nos rindió mucho el día, mi look es muy relaja, para el vuelo y para turistear, use mi camisa azul de botones favorita y mis leales zapatos keds, que fueron una muy buena elección dado lo mucho que caminamos y caminamos. 

Traveling

I'm currently posting from Medellin :), were I'll be spending some days chilling with my friends before class starts again, I'll try to post this week but I can only do it with my phone, so nothing major, but I'll have some great pictures (hopefully) when I get back, today I'm going out and tomorrow more sightseeibg, I'm already in love with this city.

Este post lo estoy escribiendo desde Medellin :), donde voy a pasar unos dias con mis amigas antes de volver a clases, intentare actualizar el blog en estos dias, pero solo puedo desde mi celular pero hare lo que pueda, lo bueno es que tendre muchas fotos para mostrarles cuando regrese, hoy saldre con mis amigos y mañana seguire conociendo la ciudad, que hasta ahora me ha encantado!

Take A Chance

It's been a while since I last wore white jeans mostly because I'm afraid my clutsy self will spill something on it :P, but I decided to try them and really loved them, this time I decided to pair with my navy and orange striped shirt, which I lovee, and can't wait to try some more looks with white jeans.

Hace un buen rato que no usaba pantalones blancos, sobretodo porque con lo torpe que soy seguramente se me derrama el jugo encima jaja, pero decidí volver a usarlos y me encantaron, decidí ponermelos con mi camisa de rallas azul y naranja, la cual amo, y ahora no puedo esperar a combinar mis pantalones blancos con mas cosas.

Little Monster

As I was looking through my pictures I realised there were some photos from my California trip, back in july that I had yet to show you, these are from my visit to Palo Alto, I was wearing my Primark dress, which is very special to me because I bought it in London in my trip to Europe when I was 15, and that's somewhere I don't get to shop often, and I decided to pair it with my little monster necklace, as I like to call it from I Love Tokio Couture.

Mientras revisaba mis fotos me di cuenta que había unas de el viaje que hice a California que aun no había puesto en el blog, estas de acá son de cuando visite Palo Alto, ese dia estaba usando mi vestido de Primark , que es muy especial para mi porque lo compre en Londres cuando fui a Europa para mis 15 años, y esa es una ciudad en la que no tengo siempre la oportunidad de comprar, decidí usarlo con mi collar de monstrico, como yo lo llamo, de I Love Tokio Couture.

A casual look with one of my favorite bottom down shirt, it's so bright I love it, very eye catching indeed.

City lights

Se que es un poquito loco pero hasta ahora no habia visto muchas de las decoraciones navideñas alrededor de Bogota, sobretodo es porque no somos muy fan de las multitudes y en diciembre todo se llena, asi que aprovechamos el primero de enero para is a ver las luces en la ciudad antes de que las quitaran, me alegra mucho haberlas visto porque algunas eran en verdad increibles.

Ahora con respecto a lo que me puse, estaba muy contenta de haber comenzado el año con este look, porque es algo que hace mucho quería usar pero no lo habia logrado, y eso es usar vestidos como faldas, pero por fin lo logre con este vestido de ZARA y una camisa negra, y use la bufanda roja para darle un poco de color, así que no puedo esperar a volver a intentarlo con alguno de mis otro vestidos, ademas esto significa que tengo mas faldas ahora, me encanta esta forma de reinventar mi closet!

I know it's a bit crazy but I hadn't seen some of the christmas lights around Bogota yet, mainly because we're not big fans of crowds and everything was so full in deember, so on the first of january we went light-seeing before they were completely gone, and I'm glad I didn't missed them because some of them were pretty great. Now with what I wore I was really happy I got to start the year with this outfit because it was something I had been trying to wear for a while but just didn't seem to find the right way to do it, and that is wearing a dress as a  skirt, but I finally made it by wearing this ZARA dress witht a black shirt, and I accesorized with the red scarf for a bit of color, anyway I can't wait to try with many of my other dresses, and that means I get knew skirts too! sweet deal right?

First

Here is the first post of 2012! this is what a wore in new year's eve, my new silver sparkly shirt, I spend the night at home with my family and had a great time,the right way of starting the new year, how did you spend the last night of 2011? and again I wish you all the best in this new year, and thank you for all your support in 2011, there's more to come!

Aqui esta el primer post del 2012! esto fue lo que me puse para recibir el año nuevo, mi nueva camisa de lentejuelas plateada, celebre con mi familia en la casa y la pase muy bien, una buena forma de comenzar el año, y ustedes como pasaron la ultima noche del 2011? espero que muy bien y de nuevo les deseo todo lo mejor en este nuevo año y les agradezco demasiado todo su apoyo en el 2011, este año hay mucho mas por venir!
